Levity

Levity.

Levity came into my field as my word for 2022. Every year I receive a word that serves as a guidepost for the coming months.

Consciously and unconsciously, I have brought in, felt and embodied levity throughout the past 10 months. My husband has served as a wonderful reminder of levity, he is always making me laugh. My cat and his antics also bring lightness to my day. And amid the pressures and stressed that pop up now and then, levity has served as a powerful reminder that we are here to enjoy this human existence and not take ourselves so seriously.

When I feel the nudge from Spirit, I record my meditation. I invite God/Source, the angels and all benevolent beings of the light into my space. They are more than happy to oblige. To me they are glorious reminders to shine our own light with buoyancy, joy and levity. I am always fascinated how much these energies enjoy us, their playfulness and sparkling willingness to share our space.

The veil between the seen and unseen diminishes as humanity steps into choice points that serve the unified field of love, true compassionate love. However, one does not need to see these beings in order to know their existence, the loving energy can be deeply felt by merely sinking into your heart-space and inviting the Holy Spirit within.

As we move into the remainder of 2022 and the challenges of the world will grow increasingly more difficult. We will be best served if we choose to to carry levity within us. We can do this by living from the heart, not the mind. By looking for those moments of peace around us, by going within and seeking calmness in meditation and by spreading kind compassion in simple ways though out our day.
