Self-Love Experience

My heart is filled with so much gratitude for the amazing souls that attended our beautiful Self Love Experience today. These individuals bravely accepted deep love, grace and compassion for themselves, the same love, grace and compassion that we all deserve.

The power of two or more gathering in the Light, the intention of expanding our hearts, and loving ourselves enough to be the best version of ourself, each and every day, is very powerful medicine. Powerful for us individually, as well as collectively.

If you felt the world expand in love a little bit more today, well, that was probably us .

And, so much gratitude for my partner, Emily, who co-created this beautiful self love journey with me. She blessed us all her gifts of healing through sound. And her sweet husband, Alex, who made sure our Cacao was warm for the ceremony!
