The Duality Reality

We live in a dualistic world. I believe our soul came here to experience this duality.

Duality moves us through experiences, good and bad, bliss and shadows, happiness and sadness.

We work to balance these, hoping to land a greater percentage of the time on the more joyful parts of the journey. But for the majority of us, we will always need to balance the perceived good and the bad. However, consider that moving out of the place where bad is bad, perhaps bad is good and the enlightenment that we seek can actually be found and pulled out of this duality.

What I have found is that our ‘perceived’ bad moments, are not so bad if we look at them as teachers that here to show us where changes need to be made. Many of these bad moments serve as beautiful lessons, showing us where we need to let go or pivot.

We can actually magnetize grace in a dualistic world. Setting strong intentions placed around creating the highest and best outcome is one way. Sure, we still need to dig into the shadows as they come up again and again, they’re all part of the curriculum. We will have fleeting moments of enlightenment and bliss on this journey, however 99.9% of us are not meant to be full time gurus, levitating in our rainbow body, while spewing wisdom of biblical proportions. Those of us on this path are here to merely lead by example as we continue to drink in the duality that we came here to seek, preferably without attachment.

I believe that duality will never cease to exist no matter how blissed out we get. However, our perception of that duality will shift. After all, we incarnated here for ALL the experiences. All of it is necessary, yet none of it needs to be clung to and carried. Without the horrible things, how would us humans ever be able to perceive what is good and beautiful? In this concerto called Planet Earth, the minor cords are just as much a part of the song as the major cords.

For the love of all,

Linda
