Our bodies illustrate a story of lives well-lived.

Our hearts tell a different story,

one of our youthfulness, running wild

and full of never ending life.

I see you through the eyes of my inner child,

Handsome, carefree and always ready for adventure.

Wanderlust is defined as a strong desire to wander or travel and explore the world.

You don’t need to travel far. You don’t need to travel extravagantly.

Travel could be as simple as exploring a park in your city that you’ve never visited.

He fought and died for me as a Viking warrior trying to save me from pillage and rape.

He loved me even though family circumstances and social standing prevented us from being together, we were together.

He watched me burned at the stake, a love he refused to forsake.

As years went on my mom‘s softened and I definitely softened. I began to get a wider view, a higher perspective on all the pain that she held since childhood. I saw the wounded woman in her eyes, the housewife that was cheated on, the daughter that was always treated lesser than the son, the challenges she faced in coming out of a long-term marriage and moving into the workforce. And as I raised my children I could see the challenges that she must’ve faced in raising her own children.

A legion of angels surrounds you, know you cradled in an orb of protection. Know that as much as you feel like giving up and releasing from your human body, this is the mission that you have promised to complete. You are fully supported. Find souls of like/light energy and vibration. The ones that have crossed your path are here to assist you, as much as you are here to assist them during this challenging time. Embrace this kinship for it is their energetics that support and assist in moving through this next transition.

Release yourself to love and energetic support, remove yourself from those who siphon your energy field, this is more important now as we move forward. It is necessary for you to honor those moments where you feel weak, where your body feels drained, where your mind is swimming in a plasma pool of light, these are all signals for you to move away from whatever you were doing and give your human vessel a rest.

However, you have found this challenging because of all the empathic data that has been bombarding your field.

Child, release any doubt and fear to us for transmutation, you are about to embark on the most difficult part of your path, lean into the knowing that you are fully supported.

All are equally as important to me. (Regardless of what my human is feeling some days.)

The hard knock lessons have taught me strength.

Those intermittent soft landings give me hope that things DO get better.

The rough times, the struggles and the darkness, all brought me to the light.

And all are just as meaningful to me as the bright & sunny days.

The coming days and weeks will push our planet into greater revelations

and continue to reveal all that has been part of the inorganic programming of your matrix.

Continue to hold space for those who are not yet sitting in awareness, they will be in great need of your compassion.

Continue two sit and your high heart, breathe, expand that field.

When sitting in meditation or out in nature, this is the practice that will elevate the humans.

As I take each step along the path, the grandmother guardians step in and surround me in a sacred embrace of divine support.

I turn my face towards the central sun asking the universe to fill me with the golden light of pure Divine love.

Healthcare and the political system. Two of the biggest three dimensional constructs on our planet today.

I recently have been photographing images for a healthcare provider and followed by calls from a couple local politicians to create images for them as well.  I started thinking to myself, why am I getting pulled in to do work for these very dense, very rigid and controlled industries? I don’t wish to play in that world yet I seem to be called into it more and more

This is when I had my DUH moment.

This SoulScript was received from my grandson, a message meant to honor all the incredible souls choosing to enter this planet over the past several years and years to come.

These kids have come in connected. Totally lit up. They have a level of awareness beyond their years. They will be the souls to assist in shaping and evolving the structures and programs we’re currently tearing down and decommissioning.

During that pause, I connection to my higher self.

I soon realized what I’d been missing. I had this beautiful inner navigation system that would intuitively guide me. It wanted me to be passionate, joyful, harmonious and happy! I had stopped searching outwardly and took a long, slow look inward. And that is when everything shifted.

I had clarity about my energy, how it affects everything around me. My intuition would literally give me directions that were easy to follow and the results were always amazing. I leaned into the flow and found that the Universe, as well as my higher self, were incredible co-creators, leading me each step of the way.

And that is when SoulScripts emerged.

A couple days later I’m looking through my photos from my hike that day, I had only take about a dozen pictures because Louis ( I later found out that is his name), keep me busy with his poem for his beloved. Well, imagine my surprise when I loaded up my images and found this GIANT orb! Clearly Louis’ energy was incredibly strong that day, beyond all doubt!

A powerful inner knowing sits in my heart. Its a diamond compass of intuitive assuredness that is pointing me where my soul needs to go. It is so strong that I’m not even sure I could ever doubt it. And every day I step further into that knowingness.

I deeply want for everyone to have this beautiful connection. My soul wishes to help others create and cultivate a closer connection with their higher-self.

For years I struggled at how could be of spiritual service, as my gifts are very much on the artistic and creative side. Photography and writing are my gifts, my passion. I couldn’t see the correlation between those gifts and my deep desire to serve others who are searching for this same connection.

Today, a dear friend & soul sister reminded me to ask. Reminded me that our God our Creator is always with us. That our Angels & Guides are always ready to assist.

I took a long, slow paddle to the middle of the lake & asked. The message I received I believe can benefit us all.

I wasn’t always this way. I had a traditional name (then I changed to one that is more aligned with my soul), I had a exciting, high paying but toxic corporate career in television (that helped perpetuate my stage 3 cancer diagnosis in 2013- a beautiful lesson for sure), a home with a sizable mortgage (that was bought in a super high market & not worth its price tag so I foreclosed), tried to stick out an unhealthy marriage for the sake of my kids (which only hurt everyone involved- yet another beautiful leason), I dressed & acted in a way that I thought would please people (and it was breaking my spirit).

Once you make the leap into spiritual growth you become “real” and embody your true soul essence and can never go back.

But then you you may feel caught between two worlds at times.

You have to continually jump, with grace & ease, between the 3D & the 5D on a regular basis.

It can feel frustrating & disconcerting at times.

Some say “I alway live in the 5D” ...

Well that’s great, but I’m guessing you don’t have a career that requires you to spend many hours interacting with the unawakened public at large.

Here are some things I do to keep my high vibes & balance between the two worlds ...

The Truth, once again suspicious, tests the water and discovers that it indeed is very nice. They undress and start bathing. Suddenly, the Lie comes out of the water, puts on the clothes of the Truth and runs away.

But now, more than ever, it’s so very important to be the real, authentic you, standing in 100% of your transparency! Good or bad. And here are a few reasons why … not in any particular order of importance as they are all equally important!
