I have discovered after many years of such experiences that I am an empath. I have actually found it to be more of a superpower than a detriment. I have also been able to uncover that my husband is also an empath. When he comes home from working in the airline industry, many times he is carrying so feelings and emotions that don’t belong to him, they have just been picked up from others along the way.

Growing up I was always embarrassed when people told me my name meant beautiful in Spanish (talk about self-love issues! PHEW!). My friend’s dad use to sing a song about my name every time he saw me - that one was acceptable to me because I thought he was an awesome guy. But, safe to say I did all I could to avoid my name. In essence, I was avoiding me, the person I came here to be.

A few years ago I learned about the Kabalarian Philosophy. In a nutshell, this organization helps you select a ‘balanced name’ one that offers you stronger mental capacity, a more focused life and a change of perspective by using your birthdate and numerology to create names. They say the effects of this ‘balanced name’ can be immediate and dramatic. Of course I jumped on that.

Today, I was sucker punched by my own lack of self-love that I didn’t know still existed. During a conversation, my friend was asking why I was dragging my feet on printing the Oracle Card Deck that I created a few months back. He asked me a simple question that hurled me through time and space on quantum rocket ship back to 7 year old me. I’ll spare you the details, but I’m sure you guessed it, it centered around my lack of self-worth and feeling unloved, thus viewing myself as ‘not worthy of love’.

I have released fighting the ego’s incessant nagging to “do more”, she has fortunately taken the back seat to my heart. I have released my urges to go here or there (as most often it’s a distraction) as I feel the quietness is where I long to travel in this present moment. My spirit is anchoring into family, which coincides with my current trajectory.

I see this young girl and I reach back in time to tell her, it only gets better. I tell her that she’ll experience so much. Some deep, dark hell and some incredible heavenly moments. They are all equally wonderful, even though you may not believe it as you’re going through it. But every one of these experiences, bad or good, are a lesson that will be cemented in your soul for eternity.

Just wanted to share some morning musings on the sun, on quality of life, on simple living…

It’s simply my journey … perhaps there’s a nugget of wisdom hidden in here for someone. Remember, take only what resonates with you and leave the rest behind.

I began plowing, full force, into my awakening journey. Everything was so amazing and so new … I dug into more books and online videos, I consumed absolutely everything I could get my hands on, I had sessions, readings and charts done … I was the consummate student.

Then I began to dig even deeper, exploring what my gifts were, what was the mission that I was put on this planet to achieve? I took more classes, I practiced a variety of modalities, again, I threw myself into the deep end, full mind, body and soul.

Then a few years ago, during ALL of this studying, practicing and full on immersion, I was hit upside the head by a monumental thought. During all my hard work, I was missing out on what I TRULY came here to do.

Feel deeply into your path, which road do you choose when you come to the WHY in the road?

Conscious or unconscious.

Conscioiusness exists, just as your human BEing exists.

But consciousness, like your human BEing, is a garden to be tended to daily, hour by hour, minute by minute.

What are you growing in your garden of consciousness?

I am

perfect imperfection

I am

Divine and complete in every now moment

I am

the goddess embodied

I am

a child, a mother, a grandmother

I am

powerful as I stand in my sovereignty

I am

a portal of creation

I walked up put my hand on him and asked if I could connect. I was given a yes. I saw my friend weary and exhausted. I saw my friend who was ready to return for his spirit to return home after holding space for hundreds of years. I talked to my tree friend and told him to look for the light, that I would be happy to help guide his soul back to Creator. And then I saw Creator holding my tree friend in his arms.

Why did I feel compelled to collect so many people that I didn’t know. I also had to consider why I was easily letting so many ‘strangers’ into my field. All this, in itself, was a really interesting study for me. (And that’s a whole other post!)

My heart is filled with abundant gratitude for the amazing group of women who showed up in a big way. I saw so much strength in these amazing souls, each on a journey of profound unfoldment

The soft dewy moss beneath my bare feet, the crispness of the morning air, the fog rolling out of the meadow as the sun begins to break through,

THIS is my home,

THIS is my haven.

As the burrowing crickets emerge from their earthly tomb, I to feel my spirit emerge and expand. The concrete blocks where I once was imprisoned have fallen away.

We offer another example, where certain points in the physical body carry feelings of lack of being supported. These areas are signaling distress in order to bring your awareness around an emotional event that you carry within your physical being.

Whatever this is, it takes the EXACT same flight path one direction and then the same path the other direction as you can see by my crude overlay photo

Every night Star Child gazed toward the sky

and floated an intention

back to the place from which she came,

“I will embody my diamond light.

I embrace my I AM presence.

My heart beats with the song of the earth,

my soul lives among the stars.”

Our breath is the sacred portal to the knowledge that is expressed and revealed through our intuitive feelings.

The heart of those holding the light is in continuous expansion.

Light workers, starseeds, are now being activated with a deeper level of awareness that will manifest their heart expansion hundredfold.

The ability to hold the Christ Light in your heart and expand that energy outward is the key to expedite Humanity’s healing.

Peace and love carry a similar vibration, love being the highest of all vibrations.

As humans we search and seek for peace and love externally,

But the only way to attain these Divine gifts is through the path within.

Spirit of the mountains,

benevolent beings up on high,

the power that permeates through the granite and sandstone,

through all layers of what has been,

Fill me with the strength to keep moving forward

The fortitude surrounds me like a fortress of love.
